Philosophy and training methodology
The academy follows the principle of step-by-step player development, from grassroots football to the professional level.
Training is built around the age and individual characteristics of each player and develops technical, tactical, physical and psychological qualities.
The main goal is not only to develop a strong player, but to shape a disciplined, independent and team-minded footballer able to compete at a high level.

Academy achievements
Academy teams regularly take podium places in championships and tournaments at every level. The academy builds a continuous development system, from youth football to the professional level.
Kazakhstan Second League
The Jas Qyran team plays in the Kazakhstan Second League, giving academy players a route from youth to senior football.
QJ League
The academy’s U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-18 teams compete in QJ League, Kazakhstan’s elite youth championship.
QJ League 2023 silver
In 2023 the U-18 team finished 2nd in QJ League, taking silver in the elite championship.
Kazakhstan national teams
Academy graduates go on to play senior football and are called up to Kazakhstan national teams across age categories.
