The document is approved by the general director and agreed with the sporting director. It is signed on paper at admission.

The parents of Jas Qyran players are part of a single system for developing a player. A child’s results are the joint work of the coach, the player and the family. This code sets out the standards of behaviour, cooperation and responsibility for parents.

I. General provisions

1.1
Admission to Jas Qyran is made on sporting merit, following a selection process.
1.2
Being admitted does not guarantee the player a permanent place in the squad.
1.3
Parents accept and respect the coaching staff’s decisions on:
- squad selection
- playing time
- participation in tournaments and away trips
1.4
Parents must not interfere in the training process; doing so may lead to disciplinary measures, up to the player’s dismissal.
1.5
If they receive offers from other clubs or agents, parents must notify the club management immediately.

II. Conduct on club premises

2.1
Parents must behave respectfully towards everyone involved: players, coaches, referees, club staff and other parents.
2.2
It is prohibited to:
- attend training sessions (except open sessions)
- enter changing rooms, coaches’ or referees’ rooms
- interfere in training or give instructions to players
2.3
During matches, parents:
- do not interfere in the game
- do not give instructions to players
- do not get into conflicts with referees, opponents or other parents
2.4
Parents must not get into conflicts with other parents on club premises, at matches or on away trips, nor draw the club into personal disputes unrelated to the training process.
2.5
Any disagreements between parents must be resolved between themselves, without involving coaches or club staff, unless they affect the team’s interests or players’ safety.

III. Working with the coach and the club

3.1
The main communication with the coach takes place at set times, outside training and matches.
3.2
Parents have the right to:
- receive information about their child’s development and behaviour
- take part in parents’ meetings
- request a meeting with the coach (no more than once a month)
3.3
The coach’s decisions must not be discussed in front of the child.
3.4
Public criticism of coaches, players or the club, including on social media, is not acceptable.
3.5
Enquiries, complaints and suggestions to the club are made politely and through the established channels (via the coach or the administration).
3.6
It is prohibited to:
- repeatedly send unfounded complaints
- use enquiries to the club as a means of pressure or to settle personal conflicts
- spread false or unverified information about the club, coaches or players.

IV. Financial matters

4.1
Coaches take no part in financial dealings with parents and do not collect money.
4.2
Money for tournaments, kit, trips and other needs is collected:
- through the club administration;
- or, where parents cover the costs, through a representative of the parents’ committee.
4.3
Coaches must not approach parents directly asking for money.

V. Parents’ responsibilities

5.1
Parents must:
- observe the terms of the agreement with the club
- ensure the child attends training and events on time
- oversee the child’s routine (sleep, diet, recovery)
- monitor their health and provide medical documents on time
5.2
Parents inform the coach about:
- injuries, illnesses and the child’s general condition
- changes in behaviour
- any decline in school results
5.3
Parents help the child become independent:
- packing their own kit
- keeping up hygiene
- discipline and responsibility

VI. Education and development

6.1
Parents are responsible for their child’s performance at school.
6.2
If academic results decline, the player’s participation in matches may be restricted.
6.3
Parents support their child’s development not only as an athlete but as a person.

VII. Conduct on away trips and at tournaments

7.1
On away trips parents respect the schedule set by the coach.
7.2
Interfering in the team’s accommodation, routine or preparation is prohibited.
7.3
Any questions are resolved through the coach or the club administration.

VIII. Recommendations

8.1
Support your child whatever the result.
8.2
Do not attach too much weight to the outcome of matches.
8.3
Do not give playing instructions or analyse the game negatively.
8.4
Do not compare your child with other players.
8.5
Keep faith in the coaching process and the club’s methods.

IX. Zero tolerance

The following breaches are unacceptable:

insulting players, coaches, referees or other parents
foul language on club premises and during matches
aggressive behaviour
interfering in the coach’s work
publicly discrediting the club
drawing the club, coaches or players into personal conflicts between parents
persistent disruptive behaviour that damages the team’s working atmosphere
Breaching these standards may lead to immediate measures, including the player’s dismissal from the club.

X. Disciplinary measures

10.1
The following measures may be applied for breaches:
- a verbal warning
- restricting the parent’s attendance at club events
- suspending the player from training or matches
- dismissing the player from the club

The severity of a breach and the measures taken are determined by the club management together with the coaching staff.
