Player code of conduct

I. General provisions

• 1.1

  Admission to Jas Qyran or its branches is made purely on sporting merit, following a selection process.

• 1.2

  Being admitted does not guarantee a permanent place in the squad.

• 1.3

  A player may be dismissed in the following cases:

  • 1.3.1. a serious disciplinary breach;
  • 1.3.2. repeated breaches of this code;
  • 1.3.3. poor sporting performance;
  • 1.3.4. unsatisfactory school results (more than 7 grades of "3" per term);
  • 1.3.5. a health condition that prevents training;
  • 1.3.6. interference in the training process by parents, relatives or agents.
• 1.4

  If other clubs or agents show interest, the player or their legal representatives must notify the club management immediately.

II. Conduct on club premises

• 2.1

  A player must treat everyone involved in the process with respect.

• 2.2

  A player must:

  • 2.2.1. greet club staff and guests;
  • 2.2.2. look after the facilities, equipment and kit;
  • 2.2.3. observe the standards of behaviour and communication;
  • 2.2.4. wear club kit only;
  • 2.2.5. observe hygiene rules (shower after training, clean kit and boots);
  • 2.2.6. keep the changing room tidy.
• 2.3

  Players may not be on club premises outside training without prior approval.

III. Internal rules

• 3.1

  A player must submit the required documents on time.

• 3.2

  A player must report injuries, illnesses and any deterioration in their condition.

• 3.3

  A player must follow the instructions of the doctor and the coaching staff.

• 3.4

  A player must keep to the daily routine, diet and club recommendations.

• 3.5

  A player must give advance notice of the reasons for any absence.

• 3.6

  A player must follow the instructions of the coach and the club management.

IV. Attitude to the team

• 4.1

  The team is the core value of Jas Qyran.

• 4.2

  A player must:

  • 4.2.1. support team-mates when they make mistakes;
  • 4.2.2. avoid humiliation and harsh criticism;
  • 4.2.3. treat every member of the team with respect.
• 4.3

  A team leader is defined by actions, not words.

V. Conduct on away trips and at tournaments

• 5.1

  A player represents the club wherever an event takes place.

• 5.2

  A player must:

  • 5.2.1. keep to the routine set by the coach;
  • 5.2.2. not leave the team base without permission;
  • 5.2.3. observe discipline and safety rules;
  • 5.2.4. show respect to opponents, referees and organisers;
  • 5.2.5. observe the standards of behaviour on social media.

VI. Digital conduct

• 6.1

  Phone use is prohibited during training and team activities.

• 6.2

  Publishing material from training or internal club life without the permission of the coach or management is prohibited.

• 6.3

  Posts relating to the club must meet the standards of respectful conduct.

• 6.4

  The club may use photo, video and other material in its promotional materials, on its official channels and in its advertising and marketing activities.

VII. Education and development

• 7.1

  School performance is a mandatory part of the club’s requirements.

• 7.2

  If school results decline, participation in competitions may be restricted.

• 7.3

  A player must strive for all-round development: physical, tactical, psychological and intellectual.

VIII. Prohibitions

A player may not:

• 8.1

  give away, sell or exchange club kit;

• 8.2

  wear the kit of other clubs;

• 8.3

  break the daily routine;

• 8.4

  visit the medical unit without need;

• 8.5

  train at other football clubs without approval;

• 8.6

  take any medication without a doctor’s prescription;

• 8.7

  wear jewellery at training or in matches;

• 8.8

  damage club property.

IX. Zero tolerance

Any of the following breaches leads to immediate action:

• 9.1

  insulting players, coaches, referees or staff;

• 9.2

  discrimination of any kind;

• 9.3

  fighting or aggressive behaviour;

• 9.4

  deliberately injuring someone;

• 9.5

  using prohibited substances;

• 9.6

  missing training or matches without good reason;

• 9.7

  leaving the team on an away trip without permission;

• 9.8

  deliberately ignoring the coach’s instructions.

X. Disciplinary measures

• 10.1

  For minor breaches:

  • team duty
  • individual restrictions in training
• 10.2

  For serious breaches:

  • suspension from training
  • suspension from matches
  • suspension from tournaments
  • dismissal from the club
• 10.3

  The decision is taken by the coach together with the sporting director.
